We hope you find the answers to these frequently asked questions helpful.  We have identified contacts and common steps to accomplish what you may be seeking.  Please feel free to contact our Parish Administrator for any additional questions you may have.  We enjoy the opportunity to be helpful to you.

How do I schedule an event or activity at our church?
Please call or email the church office to get an event on our calendar.  If the date is available, our Parish Administrator will be glad to add it to the calendar for you.  If it is a large event, it may need to be approved by the Vestry person in charge of Building and Grounds.  It is advised that you check the church calendar in Memberhub for dates that are already posted before submitting your date.
How do I change my contact information?  Please call (770-503-7555) or email the church office (parishadmin@saintgabriels.org) so we can assist you with any update to your records you may have.
Is there a way to request a prayer for the prayer list other than through the website?  Yes, there are "prayer request" forms in the back of the nave that can be filled out and put in the offering plate.  You may also call or email the church office.

How do I sign up for giving altar flowers?  Please sign up on the bulletin board in the Parish Hall.  Fill out an envelope provided on the bulletin board and enclose a check for $35.00 made payable to St. Gabriel's.  Please be sure to write "For Altar Flowers" on your check. 
How do I inquire about my pledge?  A quarterly statement will be sent to anyone who has made a contribution.  If you need to inquire about something before the quarterly statements are sent out or about the statement itself, please call the Parish Administrator.  If you would like to make a pledge, please contact the Parish Administrator as well.
How do I make a memorial donation?  Memorial donations can be put in the offering plate or mailed into the church office.  Please be sure to designate which memorial fund you are contributing to.  You will receive written confirmation, as will the recipient's family, that a donation was made.

What is the Parish Newsletter schedule?  The St. Gabriel's Herald is published once a month.  it is a compilation of all of the events, schedules, and calendar for the church.  There are also monthly articles written by the Rector, as well as others.  All information to be published should be emailed to our Parish Administrator at parishadmin@saintgabriels.org no later than the 25th of the month before you wish your information to be published.  The newsletter will generally be published on the lst of each month.
How can I receive the parish newsletter by email?  If you are already on the church's contact list, you will automatically receive an electronic copy of the newsletter each month.  If you are not receiving the newsletter and Parish Blasts, please contact the church office to have your email added to the contact list and an account set up for you in Memberhub.
How do I provide a memorial for the church?  All memorials given to the church are appreciated.  You may put the donation in the offering plate or mail it into the church.  Please be sure to designate that it is for the "Church Memorial".

How do I submit items for the website?  Please submit any items for the website in Microsoft Word format and enter "For Website" in the email subject line.  Documents and images should be emailed to our Parish Administrator (parishadmin@saintgabriels.org).  Images should be in .jpg, .gif, or .png file format.  Our Parish Administrator will submit your materials to our website resource.
How do I submit items for the upcoming newsletter?  Please submit all articles, events, and information for publishing to our incredible Parish Administrator (parishadmin@saintgabriels.org).

Submissions for the upcoming newsletter must be received no later than the 25th of the month preceding our release on the lst of the following month.
How can I receive the parish newsletter via regular mail?  If you do not have email, or prefer to receive our newsletter via regular mail, please contact the church office and your name will be added to the list for printed newsletter recipients.
