We feel that worship at St. Gabriel's is traditional but not conservative, reverent but not stuffy.  The three Sunday services, with rare exceptions are services of Holy Eucharist and are found in The Book of Common Prayer.

The first and third Sundays of every month feature Healing Prayers with Sue Huff for those who seek special prayers for themselves or another.

Rite I Sunday Service

Holy Communion - 8:00 am
This service is more traditional, seldom uses music, and is Rite I in all seasons.

Rite II Sunday Service

Holy Communion - 10:30 am
The 10:30 service is more contemporary and is usually accompanied by our Music Ministry.  The service is mostly spoken, but the Psalm and portions of the Eucharistic Prayers are sometimes chanted.

Sunday Education and Fellowship

Fellowship follows each service, at 8:45 am (Rite I) and 10:30 am
(Rite II)
Christian Formation is held from 9:15 am - 10:15 am each Sunday

SHEPHERDship

"The thing that is most striking about St. Gabe's is the people (our flock) and the true sense of "shepherding" we experience from our leadership and our community at large.  Our members are embraced with a warm feeling of the same care and concern God has for us all in our life journeys.  Just as Jesus shepherds us all, St. Gabe's reflects that same shepherding spirit.  It is amazing to experience this so completely as a newcomer.  My previous experiences had been ones of formality, rigidity, and distance in church.  At St. Gabe's, I had a sense of knowing my heart, mind, body, and soul had found a place to call home with an open field for personal growth and  parish leadership that models the leadership principles Jesus inspires in us all.  We are His hands and feet in this world and St. Gabe's sense of "shepherdship" is such a vital part of who we are at St. Gabe's.  It is an incredibly heartwarming and faith nurturing experience to participate in this parish.  I am profoundly grateful for this place I call home.  Thank you, St. Gabe's."
